In EP13 Growing Together how do infants learn to crawl?

I bought Growing Together & I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get an infant to learn to crawl. I've played 3 infants from birth to toddler & none have learned how to crawl. The last in...

Ive noticed it is difficult to get them tp crawl, maybe it should be tuned but it is certainly not impossible. The parenting skill speeds it up form what ive seen

    @gooochyeee Correct my sim has parenting skill 6 now after learning his infant to crawl and stand!
