In game colours all wrong
The colours are all wrong in game e.g sims are blue, and then game crashes when you select a family.

are you using mods/cc ?
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
