@CircuitD Some lots start with the OtG challenge already applied. So a new save wouldn't necessarily be exempt. And I understood you'd tried to load the lots, but I wasn't sure if you'd specifically tried in Build mode, without going into live mode first.
If you'd like further help, I'd need to see a dxdiag. But if you'd prefer to try to troubleshoot yourself, that's certainly an option.
Let’s be clear non of the lots I am using have the challenge applied. I know because these lots used to work in the past. Actually the one lot that I have that has this challenge applied loaded without an issue. I am 100% that is not the issue unless someone placed an off the grid lot challenge on a villa or city living. Not only it wouldn’t make any sense but also I placed every single lot on a clean save so I know what lots have what on them. I created the save file from literally scratch. I meticulously populated every single lot by loading every single lot before placing and every single one was working fine and I update lot challanges which I almost never use. I spend over a month creating my perfect game for ea to damage it in one untested patch. The only time I use off the grid is in eco or sulani. So I am one hundred percent positive that is not the issue. I also use the same gallery creators and like I said load lots in build mode on the lot.
