Elisa_0593 Which loading screen is the game stuck on: the first one, or the one after you choose a save to play? If it's the latter, do you run into the same problem with a new save? Please test, for comparison's sake, and let me know.
If you only removed some mods this time, please remove the entire Mods folder while testing.

its the one after you choose a save to play on
Elisa_0593 Okay, but does it happen in a new save? If not, please try a different household in your main save, one you've never played before.
If the new save is affected too, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.
If this doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

so i loaded into a new same with mods in the game and it worked! :D do you thank its because of the household i was playing before?? i really don't want to delete that family
Elisa_0593 There are a lot of broken saves after last week's patch, and it's not clear what's breaking them, although there are probably multiple issues. That doesn't mean the saves aren't fixable, just that we don't know what to do about them yet.
Anyway, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find. Try again to load your main household and see whether you get a new lastexception. If you do, open the file, copy the text inside, and paste it into a reply here.
Please try loading the save with your Mods folder removed. It's critical we get a lastexception from an unmodded save even if you wouldn't play this way normally.
If you don't get a lastexception, would you be willing to share your save? We (helpers) have been collecting broken saves to send on to Maxis for testing. I wouldn't share the save with anyone else, just Maxis and the one other helper testing saves. Let me know if you're interested.

Elisa_0593 Thanks, and that's not a lastexception I recognize. I'll ask around, but in the interim, would you be willing to share your save? If so, please upload it to a free filesharing site (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and either link it here or send me the link via PM. Saves are in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves, and you can sort by modified date to find the newest one.
If you do share, I'll pass the save along to Maxis. That doesn't mean I'd get any answer as to what's going on, but it would at least be useful for testing purposes.

You can try changing the graphics to medium just to get that save. Sometimes the graphics are hard for the computer to process loading. I was going through the same problem. I changed my graphics from ultra to medium and it started working well again and there is not a big difference on how my sims look up close on medium.
