Is the current gallery the alleged improvement?

Please, please, please tell me that something went disastrously wrong with the recent gallery improvement, and that you've had to - TEMPORARILY - revert to something you originally created to work on...

Many thanks for the response, and apologies for the delay in responding myself. The thread you've provided a link to provides further links to several specific issue threads (all gallery related). I thought it might be useful for the benefit of anyone who comes to this one looking for an answer / update to highlight the open one for this issue:
'Item Name' search results are not accurate
I can see that I'm far from alone in seeing this as a major issue so I'm disappointed, though not particularly surprised, that the above thread has been dormant for four weeks at the time of writing. I'll mark this thread as 'Solved', even though it most definitely isn't. Anyone looking for the latest on this issue should therefore go to the thread linked to above.

Hi @StuffedCat,

Firstly, I apologize that this was missed until now. It was not my intention to ignore your post. To answer your question, the Gallery maintenance that took place last month was an upgrade to the backend systems to allow us to push updates and fixes more frequently and simultaneously not require the Gallery to be brought down to perform these tasks.

The search result strictness is an open issue that's currently under investigation by the team alongside the issues reported in the thread here.

I hope to have further updates to share on these soon.

Well all I can say is that back end fix did nothing. When Horse Ranch pack was downloadable the gallery was down an broken worse than ever. A new back end fix seem to be needed. The last time an update was available same "shenanigans" happened!
No fixes for this one?
Just experienced the Grim reaper not reaping bug yesterday and it is 3 yrs. old! Very upset with the lack of fixes for known problems. You need Answers HQ up at all times while playing so you can navigate the bugs as they occur in your game. How bad is that!
I know if you don't like it don't play according to EA rules but come on everyone expects a game to be in good working order if you actually have it up for sale. I am disgusted with all the bugs and no fixes for them!

  The Sims 4 was released beginning September 2014 making it currently, at the time of writing, 9 years old. If you’re referring to a grim reaper bug in Sims 3 back in 2009 (14 years ago) it is irrelevant to Sims 4.

    I agree completely with the general thoughts on this Topic. IMHO The Gallery has not been fixed to the standard it was at before it was rebuilt and we still have not got a News Feed. Important for Creators.

  Since you did the big update months ago on the online gallery, I have had no stats anymore which I loved to see my downloads,, and also all my lovely comments have gone,, you carnt leave comments anymore as they dissappear, I also had a lot of people telling me they had left comments,,but there's nothing, I have left lots of messages on twitter for the sim team,,sims direct, I get no reply, I am very disappointed, and its not just me,, there's loads of people, who have messaged and got nothing,, I have spent alot of money on this game,, why do sims people ignore us , all I wanted was a message to say there looking into it, but nothing,, so not happy at all, I hope this message doesn't get ignored, thank you,,

    Has the duplicates problem been fixed?
    Is it safe to upload Lots to The Gallery or are they being lost?
