@Scottyy_2015 It's difficult to be sure what components this Galaxy Book has because the website you've linked doesn't list the exact processor. If it's the i5-1135G7, as I think it is, then that should run Sims 4 reasonably well, although you'll need to worry about the laptop heating up and throttling performance. I'd guess that medium graphics settings should be fine, and more than that would be pushing your luck, although you might find that it works okay.
Still, in your position, I'd contact the store and get the exact model of processor in the laptop, or barring that, the exact model of the laptop so you can check yourself.
