Issue HELP !! with floor , wall ,celling roof

!Hello

I build a house that has 4 floors. on the 3 floor there is a part that i removed the floor to have a open celing with stairs and frence! no i wanted to change it I cant add new floors i get this message "Must be applied to a floor". when i delete a wall the celling is completely gone! what do i do???
