Issue with three diffrent careers in The Sims Four not progressing.

I'm having issues with three careers in the game.

The Teaching career, the body building career, and the detective career are all three stuck after a certain point and I can't progress further in the careers.

I can't seem to progress in the three careers mentioned above, either by simply going to work or by completing the daily goal. The progression bar stays the same, never once going up no mater what I do.

Last time I played the detective career I also ran into the issue that if I chose to send my sim alone instead of going with him in order to play his partner instead, it would cause the progress bare to go down instead. I don't remember if the bar could go back up to neutral or not but  I don't think it would.

I have had issues with the detective career and the body building career for a long time now but I could simply ignore them as their were other careers, however the teaching career only recently started not working and is up setting as it's a career I really like. I am not currently using any mods (my mods are turned off and have been since the last update) yet this issue is occurring. Is there anyway to fix this?
