I am a slight computer geek when it comes to some things involving various software and its affects with other programs. I have ensured prior to coming here that was not the issue. When I read of others also having similar issues on other sites and forums outside of the EA HQ, there seems nothing was found to resolve it. That is why I came here to get help.
While I do realize there can be numerous other things that can result in various issues with our games and ensuring it is not an external factor causing these issues, It is frustrating having found other blogs or posts made without any note of resolve tells me this is more than just something on our end. Especially since the complaints about the shelving from Dream Home Decorator is still on going issue that was never resolved. Sometimes we do need to look to EA for these issues and question why we had to wait this long to get a team in to take care of these long awaited issues when we are willing to pour lots of money to support their games. This tells me this is something for the new team hired for EA to figure out what is causing these issues and fix them.
Anyways, thank you for your willingness to help, but sincerely hope someone is able to resolve this issue for us soon. What's the point in creating our houses or businesses if things will continue to go missing?
