I've been banned from the official Sims 4 forums... can this be fixed!? Help!

Last night, I was banned completely from the forums... I cannot access my account. Whenever I try logging in, I get redirected back to the first page... and when I look up my username, there's a pict...

I can't... because I have absolutely no access to my account. That's the only way you can contact anyone on the forums. I mean, this is upsetting... I understand that I deserve some kind of punishment for being rude... and I'll gladly accept however they wish to punish me (as long as I get to keep my account)... but being banned is honestly too much. Especially since this is my first offense on there.
