Keeps going back to World Screen

Every time I create a sims family and move it into a house my game keeps return's me back to the would menu. I have uninstalled the EA app and my mods. And then reinstalled them. I have restarted my computer looked up ideas on what I need to do so I can play. And nothing has work. Even when I click on the family's that are already in the game it does it again. I would LOVE to know what's going with the game. This has never done this to me before.

First, update your graphics card drivers, sound card drivers, and any firmware/drivers for any special headphones, game controllers, software, WiFi, ethernet, motherboard (NOT BIOS - do NOT update your BIOS!), rapid storage (if you use it? 🤷‍♂️), anything you think Sims could possible try to access.
I'm going to assume you're on PC - open your Sims folder, the one one your saves are in, in your Documents folder ([user name]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4), delete every file with the word "cache" in it.
NEXT, set the graphics setting to the lowest setting.   IF that fails, delete the cache files again, reload the game, check the DirectX 9 graphics setting box and try.
Check for a file that says "lastException" and copy and paste the text from that.
Last of all, install a mod called "Better Exceptions", made by Twisted Mexi, it's FREE - Link Here.
Install the mod, turn on mods and all mod features in the game's menu, restart the game, and let's see what that says IF all of the previous stuff got you nothing.  😬
