Lady Bridgerton Event is not working (Gnomes trying to fix message)

I play on my PlayStation 5 and the new event is not letting me claim anything. On the home event screen it says next reward in 4 days 19 hours and then on the gameplay screen it says please wait and ...

that's a fairly common message for console unfortunately. Seems to occur for a lot of the events. Did you have any issues in the past ?

Since you're on Console, I'm not sure how to help tbh.

That’s actually the same message I had on Mac, which I fixed by restarting the EA App. That fix doesn’t really apply directly for console, unfortunately. Maybe just restarting the PlayStation, or logging out and back in to the EA account?
