No Laptop are sold with only 8GB of storage so I assume that you mean 8GB RAM.

I was thinking about getting his one hp envy 13 touchscreen laptop with i5 windows 10 with 64 intel core i58265u 8gb ram 256gb SSD I've attached the web page.
It would be better if I could see the specs myself. mentioning the model or providing a link would have made that possible. But from what you have mentioned it does not have a dedicated graphics card so it should be able to run the Sims 4 with all packs with low to medium settings.

In which case I change from Low/Medium settings to medium/high settings because of the graphics card.
Sorry to keep pestering you but one of my friends is getting a laptop of Amazon to play the Sims 4 on this is the model he is getting he doesn't want all the packs on it just a couple with mods and cc the only difference is this a 4gb ram whereas he is getting an 8gb ram laptop its not letting me put the link on again but it's a hp 17_ca0003na 17.3 inch laptop 2018 model windows 10 AMD_9225 8gb with 1tb HDD AMD Radeon graphics card 2.9Ghz Turbo system ram type DDr4 SD ram thanks for the help.
