Lights wont turn on

I moved to a new house (Cypress Terrace) and the lights in the living room, in the kitchen and on the entire first floor do not work except for the bathrooms and in certain rooms on the second and third floors. I tried to add walls to the living room and kitchen, it doesn't help, I tried to turn on the lights that will be in the whole house and it also doesn't work.

Does anyone have a solution?
