Load in music plays but game never loads

Hello all, my sims 4 game has been acting up for a couple months now. I cannot go into non household lots yet I can load into (some of them) from build mode. I have bulldozed, made new lots, deleted steam and downloaded and installed on a new account on ea, deleted all duplicate mods and cleaned my mods folder. I get no exceptions or anything. Everytime I try to load into a non household lot the loading music plays as if it’s loaded in, but it just stays on the loading screen please help!!
