Loading screen

I haven’t played my sims for a while, I started to played it but I keep getting stuck on the loading screen when I try to send my sims back home. It make me frustrated that I can’t even played the game and I just bought the fairy and the royal pack. I just wanted to enjoyed the game. It need to be fix asap.
