Login Rewards

I logged into my game yesterday and finally got the login rewards. I claimed the dart board. I go to login today and the necklace is still locked. Is this normal? How do the unlocks work, exactly? I assumed if I logged in every day I'll unlock a reward every day. I am happy to wait until each reward is unlocked as long as I know this is supposed to happen, so I was hoping someone could explain this to me because the video presentation on The Sims 4 main menu doesn't answer my question. I also have no mods and CC in my game right now and cleared my cache in case this is an issue.

    I do know that the rewards are only obtainable after a certain time in the day. For me, the next prize is available every time the clock rolls over 02:00 AM. Maybe it's similar like that for you (but your time is different)?
