Lost game
I logged back into my computer after like 3 months after playing Sims 4. I had gotten the game when they were giving it out for free, and now it says i don't own the game.

Is it possible that you are not logging into the same Origin account as when you were playing Sims 4?
First, make sure you are logged into the same Origin account as before, then you can check your order history by clicking on the Origin button in the top left and then selecting Order History. That will take you to the Customer Portal in myaccount.ea.com. All of your purchases should show up there, even the $0.00 promotional purchase for The Sims 4 from last May.
