Lot type

Hi I wanted to see if anyone else was having issues with the lot type. I downloaded a vacation rental from the gallery but lot type is stuck on retail. I’ve tried purchasing the retail store and selling it but it hasn’t fixed  the issue. There are no other options to change the lot type to anything else. I’ve even placed different lots with different lot types but it stays stuck as retail. Send help pls😩 also I did want to note that no mods are broken and game is up to date.
