Lovestruck map not in game

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be able to see the world in the manage worlds screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens because its not there, it doesnt exist in my game. the for rent world is grayed out like it should be. Lovestruck world doesnt exist.
What do you expect to see? I would like for the map to on my manage world screen, i will not purchase a pack that i cant use the world it comes with.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The world hasnt existed in my game since the 7/23 patch.

I have uninstalled the game twice, nothing will bring the world into my game.
