I'd like for my sim to end the date cheerfully as she's exhausted and the date has reached gold already. The male sim was the one who initiated the date, neither have any date actions available with the other. Playing on PC, no mods or CC (used to have, but removed a few months ago). This is a Lovestruck style date, not the base game date.

Yeah, I tried a clean folder and it seemed like that worked for a while. I was able to go on 4-5 dates that acted normally, but this bug is happening again. This time, the couple does not even have the option to romance each other on top of the date actions menu missing. They are not related, both young adults, and there are no known romance gender preferences between them that would prevent romance interactions from happening. The first time this bug happened, it was during Love Day. It's now Love Day again, so maybe that is related?
I tried to duplicate the bug again, and was able to do so somewhat successfully. I had another couple in the household go on a date (the same couple as the original bug) still during Love Day. Date actions are only available for one sim, and the option to "End Date Cheerfully" is missing. This couple has been on dates since the original bug that behaved normally.
I took a different sim on a date the following day (not Love Day) and the date actions menu was not available at all again.
I take it if you make a new date now it still doesn't work for you ?

No, it was just prior to sending them on vacation, I think the day before in-game.

Tested your save and send them on a date on vacation and I get the date options. Did you do the date while on vacation ?

I don't have any other couples that I am actively playing with to test, but I know this has happened before in this save file.
I removed mods over 2 months ago. I only had MC Command Center and just took that folder out of my mods folder and deleted the resource.cfg file.
Gave this a test in my game as I can't download your save. Doesn't have a download link for me.

Could you test another couple ? If it's still a problem, how did you remove your mods ? Did you try a clean folder after you removed them ?

This was not a standard date. It is a LS date. The male sim asked the female sim "ask to create a date", not "ask on date". When setting up the date, I chose the date events of romantic interactions, physical intimacy, and woohoo. If this was a standard date, I would not have had the opportunity to choose the date events. I also received the LS style date reward for a gold level event, a cherished memories portrait. If it looks like a standard date in any way, then that is part of the bug I am reporting.
This looks like a standard date though. Not the Create a Date from LS. I don't think these options exist on standard dates.
