I have tried everything the help forums on EA's normal website suggest I do and none seem to be working to reconnect me. I have even restarted my computer a few times and still nothing.
Also this is probably unrelated but my human sims will not sleep.

Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
The link above would be a solid place to start in the event of any connection issues.
It may also help to try repairing your game or verifying the files if you're launching through Steam. If you're running The Sims through the EA app instead, I'd also try clearing the cache to make sure the game isn't missing any recent updates.

I just realized it said I was on pc, I am on Mac. And I just repaired my file and it didn't seem to work

Hey @drbatcat1216 , have you tried a different internet connection if possible (for example using your mobile data instead of your WiFi)? Do you have any antivirus on your Mac? Have you done any macOS updates recently, or installed any third party software?
