major glitches

I've been struggling with my Sims since the updates last week. It's stuck in the same POV and when I click a movable object (a bottle) it won't let me put it down. When I try and travel or go to manage worlds it freezes on the plumbob transition screen. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling but it didn't work. Please help!
