Missing content sims 4

as the picture states missing content 7 required packs, which i have them all and they are all installed. yes ive restatrted the gaame launcher multiple times. yes the game is updated. what should i do. EA isnt very hepful.

    Hey @poxxss , which packs are you missing exactly? Have you tried clearing the EA app's cache to see if that helps?

    To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache

    @poxxss  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  If Windows, do you play through the EA App, Steam, or Epic?  When you say the packs are installed, do you mean the EA App lists them as installed or something else?
