Missing free or promotional content?

Question

I originally purchased my copy of The Sims 4 in January. As of this writing, the only Expansion, Game, or Stuff Pack I have yet to acquire is the Toddler Stuff Pack. Yet I have noticed a scattering of gallery items that are marked for missing EA content, but not that Toddler Stuff Pack. I have the free Holiday Stuff Pack and Grim's Guitar as the only free items appearing on the main menu screen when I start the game. When I attempt to use those gallery items in CAS or build mode, the game informs me that the missing EA content has been removed.

I'm aware of the Family Portrait giveaway for users of The Sims Mobile that has since appeared as CC. Is there any other significant promotional or free items that I may have missed by being late to the party?

I didn't get my copy of Sims 4 until earlier this year. Missed that promotion by a good 5 years. Didn't start collecting Sims 3 expansions until well after it expired, either. ☹️

Hi @darkauditdo you have the deluxe version of the base game ? There's a few items there.
