Missing Kit Packs

I download 4 new kits but only 2 are showing up in game and they all show as installed

Please note that if you installed them and tried to play straight away they don't show up in your game until you've restarted it and gone through all loading screens again.

    As far as I’m concerned, it shows city living as locked and when I click on it says you already own this pack.
