Missing Reaper Rewards

Going through my game, I'm noticing that the boots one receives in the Reaper rewards is not in CAS.  I even filtered to the rewards tab and it's just not showing up.  I turned off my mods and haven't used them through this game file.  Also, Where does one place the eyes too?  It's not in CAS, makeup, accessories etc.  Whether this is missing too, I'm not sure.  

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

    @3Rosez The boots are tagged as only masculine - which fashion choice tag are you looking in?

    As for the new eyes, it should be the last color swatch under eyes - it's not makeup.

    @PipMenace oooh!!! I found them! Thank you! phew! You know that last swatch for the eyes I didn't see it with the color at the very bottom. LOL. Yay!
