After July 2021 update I cannot find the calendar even though I had previously purchased the Seasons pack. I've looked everywhere for an answer to this simple question but can only find info saying that the calendar is now in base game but not how to locate it to add events etc.

I ended up having to wipe my entire mod and save file due to some corrupt mods that were clashing with the new update- I do hope that it fixes the issue. On the other hand, I did redownload my entire game.

Same with me! I thought it was one of my mods playing up. Have you found a solution yet? Or do you think we should wait for the next patch?

The calendar should be located next to the household funds: it can only be accessed within a household. Do you play with mods?

@Idiosyncratic53 Thanks for responding. Your pic was very helpful as it confirmed that my calendar is indeed missing. I just show the notebook and phone only. Yes I do play with mods but not many. I don't believe I have any that would affect my Seasons pack. I did go and find updates for my mods after the update.

@alwaysroni When you updated your mods, did you make sure to delete the localthumbcache too? I'm just checking all bases since it's often forgotten when updating mods

@Idiosyncratic53 No I wasn't aware. Now that I'm looking in the EA folder, I'm seeing files including the localthumbcache with copies along with the original. I have no idea how that happened. Should I delete the original localthumbcache as well as the copies? I attached a screenshot.

I suggest deleting both versions of the localthumbcache: the game will create a new one based on the updated mods you have once you load the game up afterwards. Sidenote though, why you have copies of each file?

@Idiosyncratic53 Thanks for the suggestion to delete the locathumbcache! I had no idea how or why there are copy files. Wouldn't be surprised if it had something to do with microsoft onedrive.

@alwaysroni I use onedrive myself but it hasn't made copies before; if removing the localthumbcache doesn't work, maybe it could have something to do with the copies?
