Missing Sims 4 content after recent uodate

Missing content from The Sims 4 after the recent update. Got the recent update and everything was fine, went back later the same day to play and ended up receiving a load error message and half of my...

@FadedCloud3659 The missing items within packs that DO load sounds like this known issue:

The account not listing any of your own content sounds like this:

For the latter, please contact EA customer support for help, again, this time with email receipts or other proof of purchase. You can check your Order History on ea.com; if you don't see your purchases there, try to sign in with any other email address you have access to instead.
