Missing woohoo interactions

I tried to get my sim to have a baby with her husband and the interaction did not appear. I clicked on the bed, the shower, and the closet to see if it would appear but I got nothing. The interaction would not appear no matter what I do. 

It was to the point that I tried to make a new save file and still the interaction is not there. FYI I am playing on console so there are no mods. I can get my sim to do every flirty interactions with her husband except the woohoo because it is not appearing.
