Mod like Sims 3 Story Progression NRAAS for Sims 4?
As in title. Is there something like that for the sims 4?

It's called MCCC. Just google "Sims 4 MCCC".
MCCC has a great many options, but it's not as versatile and customizable as Nraas was.

In Story Progression in Nrass it creates backstories for all the townies so that interactions are not predictable and better storylines can be achieved as a result. All MCCC does is let you create, yourself, one by one, each and every NPC in town, which is totally too time-consuming to do, IMO.
Its a shame we do not have something more similar in Sims 4.
