Moschino Photography Studio Doesn't Exist

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except the Star Wars and Knitting packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Three ways: 1) Go into a lot and view the lot type, scroll down to where Photography Studio should appear, and for me, it's not appearing 2) Go to the gallery and search for a photography studio, scroll to the recent ones, and almost all are residential now. 3) Go to the gallery and search up my ID (connor_swannie) and find my "Gleeson & Co. Photography" and you'll see what's happening with this.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot place a Photography Studio lot, nor can I place an already existing photography studio lot that I had previously built. It doesn't appear in the lot list, it doesn't appear on the gallery, no photography studio appears on the gallery.
What do you expect to see? The photography studio option to appear and be accessible and downloadable.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

"Photography studio" has never been an actual lot type. When people say they built a photograph studio, they probably built it on a residential lot, or maybe a retail lot or a generic lot.
