Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

I tried playing on steam (purchased most dlc through EA), now none of my EA purchased packs work now in either launcher. They all say download to use but i see no option on either launcher to download my packs. I've tried uninstalling on both platforms and neither have given me my dlc back.
