Music on the radio glitch?

Every time my Sim switches on the radio to ANY of the stations, the classical music seems to be stuck and you can hear double music playing.

i'd switch off the radio and you can still hear classical music playing.

of course i have come out of the game and gone back in, still the same classical music double playing...
