I purchased this games and I don't receive any information of where I can download them.

My question is where I can get access to the game I purchased?
Do you have Origin program installed? Make sure you do. After that they're very well hidden underneath The Sims 4 picture.
- Go to your 'Game Library' in Origin
- Right click on 'The Sims 4' and choose 'Game Details'
An overlay moves in
- Click on the 'Extra Content' tab
Scroll a bit down and there all your owned and not yet owned packs should show up.
