My game sims 4 not working

Please fix as its broken  my sims are black i am on ps5   after new update on 10 of July 2025 with new pack as well as new update to fix it how do I talk to ea please can some one help me it keeps asking me to send error through sony ps5 I can't play the game it doesn't make any sense I do not have any custome content as its ps5
