@AaronYaeger If you test with no mods, does that solve it? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
I have done that too and it still had the same troubles ):
I ended up just deleting both that save and that one unit that wouldn't let me load in to, and also since my sim got stuck there I had to make her a sibling so there always would be one sim on the right unit just in case it happened again, cuz then I would load in playing as the sibling and then my sim would just pop up at her own house again oof.
So it has to be a core game bug cuz the mods ain't the problem and it happened in my new save too!
So now I'm just hoping I can make a new unit without any more troubles >-<

132:8552c1b0:3d7600dAfter opening the game now I just got a new error code.. which is; 132:6d955f62:ff5862fb- crinrict2 years agoHero+@AaronYaeger Could possibly be a corrupt ladder. Did you place any ?
Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please upload
Please either create a .rar file to upload or c/p the content into your post.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
