My Male Sim is getting pregnant

I just updated my Sims 4 game and now every time I go and do the try for baby action my Male sim who can not get pregnant is either getting pregnant at the same time as my female sim, or is getting pregnant in place of my female sim. It will give my male sim the option to take a pregnancy test and will not give female sim the option. I don't have any pregnancy mods, I do have the Get To Work Expansion but my female is not an Alien and my male has not been abducted. PLEASE HELPPPPPPPP
