My saved households can't be played.

Hi. I've been playing sims 4 for years and i haven't seen a problem like this before. i have 3 saved households but only one households's sims can be seen or played. when i click to play on my other ...

@katmers I've checked our files and the good news, is that your backups still work for me.

Wonder what's removing the Sims in your game. Did you remove all your mods/cc when testing the backups ?

yes. i removed all cc and mods. i even deleted and installed my game again ☹️

    @katmers Which method to recover the save did you use ? Renaming files or within the game ?

    i saved a copy of my files on the desktop. deleted the sims 4 folder and started the game so new empty folders could appear. and then i loaded my saves, and then loaded the tray folder.
