My Sim burned up while flushing the toilet..Please fix the fire urine!!!

I've heard about the fire urine bug BUT I NEVER expected my sim to catch on fire while flushing the toilet right after using it. It also happens with no mods or anything installed
- @Nightwolf1977 Was the toilet upgraded to Composting Container? If so, the flammable toilet isn't so much a bug as a... erm... feature.
I had the same thing happen when I plowed through all the new upgrades as soon as Eco Living was introduced.
The Composting Container upgrade is associated with the bug farm. The only way to reduce the likelihood of fire is to use the bug-created bio fuel. (Honestly, not sure why you need to add fuel to a toilet when the opposite should be true, but there you go.)
Try deleting that toilet, replacing it with a new one, performing all the desired upgrades again without the composting one, and see if that fixes your problem.
