  • @Nightwolf1977 Was the toilet upgraded to Composting Container? If so, the flammable toilet isn't so much a bug as a... erm... feature.

I had the same thing happen when I plowed through all the new upgrades as soon as Eco Living was introduced.

The Composting Container upgrade is associated with the bug farm. The only way to reduce the likelihood of fire is to use the bug-created bio fuel. (Honestly, not sure why you need to add fuel to a toilet when the opposite should be true, but there you go.)

Try deleting that toilet, replacing it with a new one, performing all the desired upgrades again without the composting one, and see if that fixes your problem.

I take it that you are talking about the composting upgrade. If you read the previous answers in this thread you would see that the solution is simple. Don't perform this upgrade if you do not need the compost for an insect farm. Removing ECO living will not help you any as you can still do the upgrade.

I'm sorry about your Sim.  ☹️

If you delete the toilet and replace it with a non-upgraded toilet, it will not catch fire again.  You need to apply the composting container upgrade for the fire to occur.

Yeah, I didn't want to ask how many toilets they'd upgraded.  I know it's a job task in the Eco Inventor career, but... yeah.

We're not asking you to delete and replace every toilet in every world, @One384 , just the ones in your home, or just the ones you upgraded.
