My sim refuses to do laundry, but others will do it just fine

My sim refuses to do laundry in a washing machine or wash tub and just puts the dirty laundry on the ground but another sim will do it just fine?

I am living in an "Amish" themed household, so it's off the grid. Each sim has their chores but my daughter (a vampire) can only do hers a night because she doesn't have sun resistance. She keeps putting the laundry on the ground and canceling the action of washing clothes in the wash tub but her brother (a spellcaster) can do them just fine with no issue. Both of them are teenagers and other teen+ sims have been doing just fine with washing laundry as well.

    @AsteriaXilfaren , Amish Vampires!!!🤯 Now there is a twist! 🤣

    So, can she still do the laundry at night?  🤔 Since she is a Vampire without Sun Resistance, I can only suggest 3 things:
    1) try moving the wash tub and clothes line inside (don't know if this will work, but it is worth a try in your case)
    2) get her Sun Resistance as soon as possible
    3) cure her of her Vampirism. 

    Other than that either she will have to do the laundry at night or other Sims in the household will have to do that chore! 😉
