My Sims' aspirations are not completing/responding.

 Since last update (1.115.216.1030) my sims' aspirations are not keeping up with her actions, the only way for them to actually complete after acting rightfully on them is from me restarting the game.

- I checked every bug fix

- That every mod was up to date and not problematic, uninstalling some

- Repaired the game

- Tried changing the aspirations

- Travelling in another place with my sim

But nothing is working, I've never had this problem before, after the update I created a new scenario with a new sim and this thing with the aspirations is not working at all.

Can someone help me out?

(Playing from pc, with mods)
