Nail polish doesn't show after manicure & angry spa employees

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone is still able to see nail polish after getting a manicure/pedicure? It used to work when it was first introduced but not anymore right now. Also, many spa employees...

It could be related, except for I only did a manicure which disappeared right after it was done. Even when the sim was holding out their hand to look at the nails, you already didn't see it anymore. ☹️
