Name for this CC?

I downloaded a CC a while ago and hated it because it became a default hairstyle, so npc players would automatically be able to have this hairstyle, which I didn't like the look of anyway. I've now decided to delete it, but can't remember what the file name is, no one happens to know who created it/ a link to it on the Sims resource/ the file name/ what page on the Sims resource it would be?

I know there's a small chance and there's no record of it on my downloads history but if anyone could help, I'd appreciate it!
