Nature's calling can't claim claimable rewards.

I've been doing the quests of this event and claiming my rewards until the last quest... I can't claim my rewards after doing the last quest released so far. I tried the 'claim all' button, tried to ...

I'm on PS4, and I'm unable to scroll to the claim all button. I have to claim each reward one by one. Anything with a yellow dot next to it is something you have unlocked but haven't claimed yet, and all the items that are greyed out with the lock icon will become available soon.
