did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

I hadn't installed mods yet when this issue occurred. I have replicated this issue with and without mods in my game. Also I just attached the DxDiag!
