New bought pack is not in my game
Can please somebody help me? I'm so done... Bought expansion pack lovestruck code, redeemed it-everything's okay. I can't downlaod it and this pack is not in my game.

I have the same problem with the new pack "business and hobbies", i redeemed the code and it shows as "New" et "In game content" and i have no way to download it. I tried everything and nothing works
