@lapras751 Slow load times happen at different points for different reasons. One way to speed up initially launching the game is to set your Options to *not* list your mods and custom content when you load.
Save files (based on my testing in earlier Sims 4 days) load more slowly the more Sims and the more relationships between Sims (acquaintances etc.) exist in your save -- and of course, the more packs you have, the more Sims you probably have! You can remove any mods or mod setting about relationship culling to let the game manage relationships for performance. What the optimal size of a save file for load time is depends on your computer system, so there really isn't a way for us to predict that for you.
Lag on lots can definitely be connected to how much stuff is on that lot, especially to how many things Sims can interact with. It can also be connected to household size, as the game has to make more decisions about that household.
