No animation inside of the public toilet / shower (Granite Falls)

What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs except Uni and Island Living and every game pack except StrangerVille.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim go to a public toilet / shower (e. g. in Granite Falls)
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no animation inside of the shower / toilet. If you zoom inside of the toilet / shower, the sim is standing still with clothes on and no animation is happening. You hear the toilet sound / shower sound of flowing water but no animation happens.
What do you expect to see? Maybe there should be an animation
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
